This ensures the session can go ahead as planned.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"bde-rich-text-22-124 bde-rich-text breakdance-rich-text-styles\">\n<p>Payments are by Bank Transfer to Metta Therapy. Zoom, for the same cost of in-person sessions, at \u00a355 per session.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As with in-person work, privacy is extremely important.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If Online sessions are to be effective, it will be necessary for you to also find a quiet and private space, with no interruptions for each online appointment, so that privacy and confidentiality can be maintained in the work.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Although online sessions offer more flexibility around time and schedules, clients are expected to have the same commitment to online Metta Therapy sessions as with in person sessions, preferably attending at the same day and time each week until treatment is completed.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>Technical advice (if needed)<\/b><\/p><p>When you sign up for your First Session:\u00a0<\/p><ol><li>You will receive a link to the appointment.<\/li><li>Please click on the link before the session to make sure you can access the waiting area.<\/li><li>The online program will most likely ask you to install a small Zoom interface.<\/li><li>You can configure audio and video during the call.<\/li><li>At the time of your online zoom counselling session, you will be admitted to your call.<\/li><\/ol><p>If you think that online Zoom sessions could be a good style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At Metta Therapy we believe in supporting people to access professional therapeutic services who otherwise may be prevented from doing so, due to challenging financial circumstances and\/or low income.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We support up to x 2 client sessions per week, at the Concessionary Rate of \u00a330 per session.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We currently have: <\/span><b><i>x 1 Concessionary Session.<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Concessionary Sessions are for clients who are unemployed, receiving benefits and\/or on a low income, who otherwise would not be able to afford the full session fee.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Concessionary Sessions <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">can only be booked as and when they are available.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please note, we do not operate a Waiting List for Concessionary Sessions as the waiting list for concessionary sessions very quickly becomes very long and unserviceable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Concessionary Sessions will be advised and updated here on the website, as above, as and when they
