\nHi, I'm Mark\n<\/h2>
\nI am the founder and Clinical Director of Metta Therapy, a private practice based in Falkirk, Central Scotland, providing a range of therapeutic services to clients. \n<\/div>
\n

I have 20+<\/span> of experience as an Integrative Therapist, qualifying in 2002. I have continually added to my professional training throughout my career. In addition to Integrative Therapy, I also provide Clinical Hypnosis<\/a> and Outdoor Therapy<\/a> to clients throughout Central Scotland.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Online Integrative Therapy<\/a> and Clinical Hypnosis<\/a> sessions can be arranged if you have a safe and confidential space and prefer to meet online.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

At Metta Therapy we provide a highly professional, integrated and individualised approach, working with clients to support them to make best use of their therapy sessions. Effective therapy happens by working collaboratively, understanding and identifying what works well and what doesn\u2019t work so well for you as a unique and individual client.\u00a0<\/p>\n

For issues to be addressed within therapy, such as managing stress and anxiety, depression, fears and phobias, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, etc. the combination of Integrative Therapy and Clinical Hypnosis, also known as Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, can be especially effective to reduce unwanted feelings and behaviours; and to unlock your full potential to live an inspired and inspiring life.\u00a0<\/p>\n

There is no additional cost to combining Integrative Therapy with Clinical Hypnosis. Clients are free to select stand-alone therapeutic services; and\/or to combine them. It is always led by client choice.<\/p>\n<\/div>
